I ordered my usual size, and while it technically fit, it felt a little tight around the waist. The material is soft enough and seems fine for shorter wear, but I’m not sure it’s something I’d want to have on all day. I always feel like clothes should be comfortable without making you compromise, especially when you’re paying for something new, so this was just okay for me

I swear, customer service got back to me faster than I thought was even possible. Super helpful, quick reply, and I’m 100% sure they handled it about as well as anyone could.

The packaging was a letdown. Compared to other orders I’ve received around the same price, this one felt like it was just tossed together without much care. It didn’t seem very secure, and by the time I opened it, the whole thing already gave off a cheap impression. For what I paid, I definitely expected it to arrive looking a lot better

Shipping took way longer than I expected, and I wasn’t really prepared for how expensive the customs fees would be. It would’ve been helpful if that was made clearer upfront. I also had to chase them for updates, which was frustrating.

I opened it up and was like, okay, yep, that looks clean. The logo came out sharp, and the print quality was solid. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I’m happy with how it turned out.

I picked up a hoodie and a couple tees from Playboy Shop sometime last year, I don’t remember the exact month, but I do remember thinking I’d probably baby them at first and then forget about it. That’s pretty much what happened, and they’ve still held up better than I expected.

The hoodie is still nice and thick, the zipper hasn’t given me any trouble, and the print hasn’t cracked even after plenty of washes. The tees shrunk a little, I think, but not enough that it bothered me. I wear them a lot when I remember they’re clean, and they still look good, so yeah, I’m happy with the purchase.

I had a hard time figuring out the return policy because the info wasn’t very clear. On top of that, I kept getting asked to verify myself over and over, which made the whole process feel more frustrating than it needed to be

They did reply eventually, just took kinda longer than I expected.

This felt like one of those “fancy price tag, regular-degular product” situations. I ordered a basic item and the quality was just… fine. Nothing special, nothing that made me think, “Wow, totally worth it.” More like “budget-bin behavior wearing a luxury hat.” Then shipping got added on and made the whole thing even more ridiculous. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. Definitely not buying again.

I’m always a little paranoid about getting fooled by knockoffs, but this actually looks and feels legit. Nothing about it gave me that cheap fake-product vibe, so I’m relieved.

The site is okay overall, but I’m absolutely convinced it takes more clicks than it should to find things. The menu works fine, no doubt about that, but the search and categories could definitely be way easier to use

I was a little unsure at first if it would look the same in person, but it was pretty much what I expected from the pictures. The color might be just a bit darker than it looked online, though not by much. Overall, no real complaints, I’d give it 4 stars.

I thought this was going to look a lot more modern based on what I saw, but once I got it, the design felt outdated. Not totally terrible, just not really my style and kind of disappointing.
